Once the registration of the property is completed and the Digital asset has been created, before transfering the property tokens to the investors, we send an Opt-in email to the investors. Now because we are the pioneers in the space, we did not really have ,much reference to see what could be the problems when you opt-in to receive your Property Tokens.
You can opt-in and not realise it was done successfully, and then try again. In this case the link won’t work and you’ll receive error message.
You can receive the Opt-in link from a co-investor, when they are telling you that you need to opt-in. In this case, because this is not your opt-in link, your opt-in will not happen.
And many other cases. We have solved for all of the issues that can happen, so now you will have a clear idea of what is happening when you are opting in.

Accurate RPF Multiples: Earlier late investors would have to try different investment amounts to finally land at the required investment amount, as the amount would re-adjust to closest multiple of FRAX cost. No more unnecessary rounding—your investments reflect exact values.
Seamless Discounts: This means discounts are sorted too. Even if discounts are applicable, you don’t have to figure out the right no. to input. Discounts are now accurately tracked and applied, keeping retail pricing adjustments spot-on.
4. Portfolio That Tells Your Story
Your portfolio isn’t just a dashboard; it’s your investment narrative. Here’s how we’ve made it better:
Decluttered Transactions: Only completed payments now appear in your portfolio for cleaner insights.
Grouped Payments: If you have made multiple transactions in 1 property, all payments are neatly grouped, giving you a clearer picture of your investments without the noise. If the investment mode changes, then it will be a seperate entry though as you would want it to be. So all Property Token investments in a property will be grouped together and all Registered Co-ownership transactions in a property will be grouped together.
